Ali Taciroglu has worked for WITS Corp, a company for which I am one of the founders, since July of 2008. During the time for then to now, he has proved himself to be exceptionally hard working and technically astute. He is always willing to interrupt what he is doing to help out with a crisis - which is particularly valuable for a small company such as ours. On a personal level, I have the highest regard for his character, in particular his willingness to provide support to others in times of difficulty. I worked one on one with Ali on a LBS test tool development for several months, while he worked at WITS. He is very thorough and detailed in his analysis and always comes back with possible solutions. He transformed to multiple roles of test engineer, developer and program manager with ease and it was good working with him

I’ve known Ali for 11+ years. We were first classmates at Suffolk University graduate program where we have accomplished several team projects together. I also continue the pleasure to work with him in the same company for 3+ years. He is an excellent team player who is not afraid to take the responsibility and to take the lead. Ali was responsible for releasing test software and following up with any issues end to end. The Rover software was used to identify issues in a complex multi-vendor system involving multiple components including servers, device clients and network infrastructure. It wasn’t always clear where the issues were. Ali was always responsive and took ownership of the problems even if it was clear the issues were not in the Rover software. He assisted the team on many occasions in the debugging process and if necessary engaged the appropriate team members on the WITs side. He always followed up. I can recommend Ali without reservation. Overall, he was a joy to work with.
